Maui Glow Club Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy


Booking Policy

To secure your appointment with Maui Glow Club, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is a guarantee of your commitment to our service and our commitment to reserve that time especially for you. The amount of the deposit will be $15.00, which will be applied towards the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Our artists' schedules are built around reserved appointments, and each appointment is time set aside just for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our artists, who often come into the studio specifically for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and respect for their time.

  • Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your $15 deposit.

  • Less Than 2 Hours' Notice or No-Shows: Cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to arrive within 2 hours of your appointment will result in an additional $60 charge, bringing the total cancellation fee to $75.

    By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy and authorize applicable fees to be charged to your card on file.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Deposits: Refunds for deposits are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

  • Service Satisfaction: At Maui Glow Club, we strive to offer the highest quality service to our clients. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave our studio. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your satisfaction.

Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so without any penalty, provided you give us more than 24 hours notice. In the case of rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, the ability to transfer the deposit to the new appointment time will be at the discretion of Maui Glow Club, based on availability and scheduling constraints.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and special circumstances can arise. Please let us know if you have an emergency that prevents you from making your appointment. Maui Glow Club will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action regarding your deposit.
